She also told us that they would not see him anymore if we did not bring him every 6 weeks. I was charged a couple matting fees, but they just shaved his entire body. I tried to speak to Brandy the manager but she was no help. She also told us if we didn’t bring him every 6 weeks they would refer us out. Both Brandy and Miranda were extremely rude. I will never return to Wadsworth Petco. I am currently finding a new vet as well since we went there for vet services. I’ve added photos to show what Charlie looks like before and after.
