  Horrible costumer service, it wasn't busy and the girls at the front were on their cellphones the entire time. They didn't even greet my husband and I.

  I believe management lacks in communication, especially gm. If your store cant keep basic employees, maybe that says something!

  My first visit, the staff was incredibly rude. Mainly the groomer. She was just extremely condescending and dismissive. She made endless comments about my dog (who is the sweetest, gentle giant). She was a little nervous (her first grooming appointment) and instead of being kind, she made comments like "Why isn't she medicated?" And "I think you need to pay a private groomer if she acts like this." Mind you, she was only shivering. Not barling, nipping or being harmful in any way and the groomers tone was VERY rude....not helpful. Anyway, she got groomed and my dog did amazing. Without asking, the groomer scheduled another appointment for 6 weeks. (I NEVER planned to come back). Still, because she scheduled it, I showed up today at 9a. The time SHE scheduled. Only to tell me that she canceled my appointment because I didn't "confirm" via text, even though I confirmed it in person when it was scheduled. Then she refused to allow me to keep the appointment that SHE scheduled that I brought my dog and children to first thing in the morning. No apology. No "I'm sorry for the miscommunication" or "Let me see what we can do to serve you and your dog." No. She blamed me. Was EXTREMELY rude. "If you wanted your appointment, you should have confirmed. You were texted. " So, Petco, you lost me as a lifelong customer with three dogs and a dog business with multiple partners. My suggestion? You fire whichever groomer is at your Wadsworth location at opening on June 19. She's costing you at LEAST my business, and probably more. The gentleman in line behind me was so flabbergasted at her behavior, he tried to cancel his appointment and give it to me. That's how rudely she behaved.

  We had an appointment at 1:15 and we sat till 2:30 for them to come in and say it was going to be a while longer and maybe reschedule the appointment for a vaccine.We ended up leaving.Very unprofessional! We will not be going back

  It's a nice store. Very clean. Love the pet food selection. Lots of tank sizes, too. There's a vet and a groomer. Our go-to for refillable litter and wet food. Highly recommend
