- DDDebbieOct 2, 20264.0The price seems to go up $10 every six weeks. It’s a bit much and super inconsistent on pricing. The groomer did a great job!
- LCLinda ChaplaOct 2, 20265.0Devan was very helpful getting me signed in and looking up my dogs history for my 1st appointment here. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very good with my dog when trimming her nails. You are very lucky to have Devan on your staff! Many thanks Devan.
- BCBianca ConieAug 31, 20265.0The best sweetest groomer!
- RBRuth BrilandJun 14, 20265.0Emily is so kind and gentle with my shy dog. She has helped him to relax and trust even with sensitive skin and sometimes trimming mats. He always looks so cute afterwards, too.
- DDD'reaApr 17, 20261.0This is the first time I took my little fur baby to the Upper Arlington PETCO location April 6, 2026, I keep thinking about how she was treated and the hair cut she received and it still bothers me where I had to say something. I was gonna let it go never to return but I am still very upset. I informed the groomer repeatedly how to trim her and NOT cut her tail , and she did it anyway. When I arrive to pick her up she was barking non-stop she only does this when she is feeling stressed or frightened, that bothers me the most. This left me a strong impression that she may not have been treated with the level of care, patience and kindness I expected from a professional grooming service. Bella is a beloved member of my family, and her comfort and wellbeing are extremely important to me. I trusted PETCO to provide a safe and compassionate environment, and this experience has shaken that trust. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review the handling and communication practices at this location seriously. Respectfully this is my experience and it was upsetting.
