  Every time I go into this Petco on West Henderson and go to the fish wall, if there's an employee there, they disappear. I never get asked if I need any help, and when I have asked another employee to have someone help me in the fish department, they say okay and then no one ever shows up. Then you walk around the store and you see one employee.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco. I saw a betta in such poor condition that I genuinely didn't think it would survive much longer. I asked if I could adopt the fish instead of purchasing it, but they refused. What upset me the most was the lack of urgency after seeing the fish's condition. I understand stores have policies, but it's heartbreaking that a fish in that state couldn't be adopted or given a chance. I hope Petco takes better care of its fish and gives stores more flexibility to make compassionate decisions when an animal is clearly suffering.

  Great customer service in large variety of food. I got my two pet rats there and they are perfect 💙🐀🐀

  They sold me expired cat food for 20 dollars. On the box it said it wasn’t expired it also was on discount so I said it’s a pet store and it’s not expired and it’s a good brand so it won’t be bad, but turns out they gave me expired food. The store was also empty and All expensive I don’t recommend going here. Save your money and go to Walmart.

  Took my pet in to have her groomed, had an appointment stood around for a 1 an hour for them to tell me that the groomer was not coming in, not a good place to take you're fur babies.
