  They bring you in with the enticing initial cost but once you have to do anything the charges start adding up. All 4 of my visits ended in me paying 2x what their “quote” called for and included charges that were never disclosed. When I asked about not doing an additional blood test due to previous assumptions, 2 people told they would ask the doctor and get back to me. They never did reach out to me and I ended up getting stuck with the $70 charge (which wasn’t on any previous quote until that morning), and an additional $68 charge for something that was also not on the pre-op quote or the quote from the previous visit.

  There are not enough stars for this clinic. Dr. Sarah and ALL of the staff treat my fur baby as if their very own. Listen to my concerns and address them with realistic solutions and expectations. I just love them.

  Are big girl used to see a farm vet. But was a 2 1/2 hr commute there. So we decided to try something new. First time in 8 years since we visited a regular vet ,are Rottweiler was good girl and didn’t try in eat the vet. They were very nice and patient got are big girl weigh at 94lbs. Gave us a muzzle just in case ,so they all were safe. Was very helpful on getting are girl straight into a room and not a waiting room. For her rabies shot , flea prevention , and an itch prescription. They Helped are girl who is highly allergic to fleas some comfort. We will continue to bring are big girl back. Next up heart-worm test, then teeth cleaning. Thank you to shoreland vet. The Mayes family and LOLA will be back.

  I have taken my Standard Poodle to Shoreland Animal Hospital for almost eight years and they have absolutely the best vets! From the time you walk in the door till you leave your pet is in good hands ❤️ Dr. Sara is awesome!
