  I will NEVER go to another Petco Vet Clinic again. I brought a kitten in for tests and vaccines. Dr. Brass informed me casually that the kitten tested positive for FIV and that I should review my options online. Wasn’t going to explain the disease, explain the implications of the disease, or offer options. Just said yes, your other cats can get it, that he’s not even sure if the test was accurate so go somewhere else and get it done again, and that I need to go look online. Are. You. Kidding. Me. Can you imagine me as a teacher telling a parent that their child is having problem and that they should go read about it online???? What a JOJE. I don’t know how this individual graduated from vet school.

  Charlie Lane was amazing with out Pac-Man frog. Super knowledge and helped us with everything! I can’t wait to come back and ask him for help!!!!!

  Very nice layout and easy to find things upset they dont have small animals anymore or reptiles but love that added new things to make up for it

  Pet store are a happy space for me but being met with Unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive staff, is never what I expected when I first brought the concern of the uromastyx femoral pores being impacted because the waxy substance was sticking out. I asked her what they were doing they said soaking. I explained to her that if it goes too long that it can make the Animal sick she didn’t show any sense of urgency or any sense of care started walking away from me before I finished getting the help that I needed. If I can avoid it, I will not come back to the store. I called and spoke to a second person who then said that the Animal seemed fine that she didn’t look at it, but someone else did and they said the Animal’s fine. That the manager won’t be in until a couple more days. Then the manager called me back and when I spoke with the manager after returning his phone call because I missed it I explained to him the situation. I explained to him the experience not once did he apologize he was very curt. He was rude. Not once Did he apologize about the poor behavior of his employees there was one employee that smiled everyone on that floor looks miserable. They’re unhelpful and I’ve never experienced this going into a pet store. Two stars for the exotics . And the groomer dude that smiled
