  They are holding my baby for a month while I'm away for work, I get pictures every day of her! If it wasn't for them I would not be able to focus on my job, I feel very comfortable 300 miles away knowing she is safe. I miss her dearly, those photos keep my head level. Thank you everyone! Miss you Iggy! See you soon!

  Amazing staff. Charges and pricing are different than I'm used to I don't know if that makes that more expensive or not it feels a little pricey but otherwise great people

  Excellent place for cat boarding. Staff was very friendly and kind. We received pictures in the morning and evening and they were great about giving him his medication.

  I went here just because it’s the vet used by the program I adopted my dog from. First visit was for second set of puppy shots and a fecal. Had to pay like $70 deposit just to book the appt, ok that’s fine, I imagine people book appointments and waste their time so I’m fine with paying that to make a commitment. But then another $170 when checking out? I’ve owned dogs my entire life and spare no expense when it comes to them, and I’ve lived all over the country. This is just crazy. Around $250 just for ONE round of puppy shots and a fecal? Second visit, I booked a month out for his final round of shots. Sat there long after my appointment time and finally walked up to the desk and told them I’d need to leave because I have to get to work. So they called back and got me into a room. Sat there for another 15 minutes listening to 3+ people banter outside the room. I’m sure that whoever had to administer the vaccination was not one of those people and was busy, and I’m honestly happy that the people working there seem to have great relationships and enjoy their jobs….this review has NOTHING to do with the individuals working there or what they do on the job….but maybe re-evaluate your business plan. I literally just looked up national averages AND texted a vet friend of mine before confidently saying that you are seriously overpriced. And I wouldn’t mind paying whatever price you deem necessary if you offered good service, but there’s no reason I should’ve had to walk out 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment because we hadn’t been seen yet. I’m not one to complain much, but your business practice is lacking in many, many ways.

  I cannot recommend this place enough. Every single person here shows the utmost compassion, professionalism, and care. They absolutely genuinely care about your pet's wellbeing as much as you do. They are extremely transparent about pricing and inform you of everything prior to treatmen. We had a recent emergency of a urinary blockage that eventually (quickly) led to our cat needing a PU surgery and it was a very stressful situation. We originally took our kitty to a different ER Vet because it was a Sunday and were left feeling like the prognosis was pretty grave. We called in here the next day and got in ASAP and were treated with so much compassion and care and made to feel like his prognosis was much better. They have been super helpful over the phone with any questions or issues and even got him back in to check out after surgery. All of this is to say that they work SO hard to make sure they are giving the best possible care as soon as possible.
