  I took my 100 pound great dane puppy in for a 24 hour boarding last weekend. He is 7 months old a as sweet and mellow as can be. When I picked him up at 5pm the next day, they brought him out with bloodshot eyes and panicked. I took him outside to load him up and let him pee first. He ran to the grass and peed a solid 3 min and pooped TWICE! When I went back in to get his things, I asked the young girl when he had gone out last. She replied with, "I don't think he actually went out today because he was showing some anxiety this morning." IT WAS 5PM!!! That means he didn't go out all night either! Furious, I contacted Shannon the owner when I got home and while she apologized up and down for her employee, not calling her and letting her know as she was told to, (or even calling me and letting me know!) I was meerly refunded six dollars and fifty cents of the $67.59 I was charged for the NEGLECT of my puppy!! What did I pay for?? My dog didn't soil his cage as the owner suggested he could have done. So very little clean up was needed! All you got was an angry customer that had recommended you to people with previous day visits!!

  Cass’s training approach is patient and intuitive. Our pup learned a solid foundation in manners and behaviors. I love how they incorporate private sessions for owners to understand the training and progression. 10/10 recommend! Bonus points for receiving training while at daycare, so convenient!

  We’ve been utilizing Furball for basically all of the services they offer. In home stays at one point, boarding, daycare and most recently training. We have literally no complaints, and only great things to say. They are communicative, thorough and always friendly. If you are looking for training classes, we recently did a 5 week 1:1 session with Cass. He was absolutely amazing. Not only was the training tailored to our dog, but we saw immediate response in her behavior. He gave us feedback on our training approach, and made sure that we had time to ask questions and focused a lot of the time to make sure the behaviors were translating at home. He also spends time with the dogs while they are at daycare, so it was almost like she got extra training time. If you’re not using Furball, you’re missing out on a great space for your pup to burn off energy during the day, overnight stay, and get excellent obedience training.

  Great location that offers daycare, boarding, grooming, training and even at home services. The staff is kind and diligent with pet care.
