  My dog charlet was having problems with her eyes today I had my husband take her to the doctor while I went to work. My dog was diagnosed with having dry eyes and she couldn't see at all. And so they wanted to put her on medications until she see a specialist in a few days. PetSmart had every medication but one so I had to go to a pharmacy to pick up her last prescription. So I recommended that PetSmart contact my husband for updates on Charlotte because I was at work I still received phone calls. I told the receptionist that I worked in groveport and I can pick up her prescription on the North side at the Kroger which is around the corner from my house and this was around 2:00 p.m. and I got off work at 4:00 p.m. I went to the Kroger to pick up her prescription and there was no prescription in Kroger system at all. This was about 5:40 p.m. my husband called PetSmart about 5:45 p.m. to inquire about Charlet last prescription so that she can start her medicine immediately to help her eyesight and the guy receptionist place my husband on hold for 15 minutes my husband never had the chance to say what he called for because that guy never returned back to the phone. So I called PetSmart from my phone while my husband was still on hold on his phone and the voice recorder said that PetSmart was now closed while my husband was still waiting on hold. Charlet had been at that hospital since 8:00 this morning and my husband said that they were training a new receptionist and she was the one that was submitting Charlet prescription into the system I don't know if they didn't do it right or what for my baby ended up not getting her full medication today so now I have to wait until I get off work tomorrow and call them in the morning in hopes that they have her prescription ready in available by 4:00 tomorrow evening when I get off work. My baby eyes are irritated and they knew that so to leave her hanging like that without her full medication and we've been going to this PetSmart for years since my baby was 6 months old and she's going to be 13 this year I feel disrespected and unvalued at this point. Her medication had to be administered in steps and I don't even have all of the steps to give her all of her medication so I guess I just have to start with what I do have after spending over $100 I have step one two and four but we're missing step three. They didn't take care of my baby properly and I don't like this. Everyone know how hectic traffic is nowadays especially around 4:00 5:00 in the evening through the weekdays so for them to disrespect my time after working a full 10-hour shift I'm disappointed. I will be making some changes!!!

  They were unable to provide a timely diagnosis; the check-ups are not thorough. Sometimes, they don't know what to do.

  Always excellent service since 2019 from the staff and doctors. Never had any problems. Everyone always greets T-Bone and he loves that.

  Prices even with the pack are expensive for the services provided. The offices are disorganized and unkempt. I don't understand what is going on with the Columbus branches. We canceled at the end of our plan. It was too much stress.
