  Our cat was quite cantankerous but Banfield always took care of him when needed. Over the past several years, they took such care of our cat and kept him nice and healthy and they always good right by us! The staff is always friendly and I don't have enough kind words to say about Dr. Headland. She was so patient and kind with our boy and even when she had to deliver earth shattering news about our boy's health, she did it with such compassion. Unfortunately our cat passed away a few weeks ago and I never expected to receive a handwritten sympathy card from Dr.Hedland and the staff. They are top notch! Thank you for everything

  Had to have sedated xrays today for my giant breed puppy who is a difficult patient and they were great with him, very patient and understanding even though he tried to eat a few people( jk he was muzzled).

  My pets first visit was last week. The prices quoted were significantly more than other veterinary offices in the area and were quoted while we were sitting in the waiting room. My pet had a UTI. After the cost of the urinalysis I was only be able to get her prescription for a week instead of two weeks. They said to call in a week to get the next week’s prescription. I called on Wednesday and left a message on the pharmacy line. It’s now Friday and I have not received a returned call. So I called again and pressed “0” to attempt to speak with the staff however I reached the voicemail again. My pet is out of her medication today so I drove to the office in Poland only to find a note attached to the window saying they are closed. I called the north canton location to try to get her medication filled and explained the situation. The north canton location told me they were unable to provide refills unless another exam was performed at their location and she told me to go in petsmart to ask why that location in Poland was closed. I’m very disappointed in the standard of care provided to my pet. This was not a good first impression and I won’t be taking my pet back here. Thankfully another office nearby was able to do a urinalysis and prescribed the medication needed to ensure my pet recovered from her UTI in a timely manner.
