  The team is very welcoming. They go the extra mile to insure your comfort and speed to make your visit quick. Several times we have called at the last minute and the staff has done their best to see that we were able to be seen. Little bit of an extra drive from me, but it’s well worth it!

  Dr Clementz is the absolute best!! We had an emergency that required surgery. Our Boerboel had puppies and medvet sent her home with a dead puppy inside her. We called Dr Clementz and she said "get her here in 45 minutes and I'll get a surgical team together. Very first time even calling her for anything. She didn't charge any crazy emergency fees and just genuinely wanted to save our baby. BEST VET EVER!!! She gets all of our business now.

  Where do I even begin- everyone from the front desk to the back are true blessings! We actually started going here bc med vet left my dog with a stuck puppy after 3 days of being in labor-I posted on fb abt it & my friend referred me here. They had never met her or us and had a surgical team ready for her in 45mins saving my girls life. Fast forward a few years to this year-we have a pup that out of nowhere got extremely sick with his pcv sitting at abt 14/16 on the verge of needing transfusions & we didn’t know why or what happened. He was literally knocking on deaths door at 15 months old. He went from 155lbs down into the 120s within days. Med vet wanted $2800 for him to be seen & then ship him to osu for a few days for $6k. I knew if he truly needed that his vet would be the first to tell me to take him. We let her work her magic and put all of our trust in her hands- this was in March. My buddy is back up to 150lbs & pcv is sitting at 37💙🫎 he’s definitely our miracle moose!! We were so ready to let him go & she was just so willing to keep going. The office is always clean & sanitized.

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Pets First Veterinary Clinic. We first started going there last fall when our beloved cockapoo, Phineas, began sneezing and showing what we thought were allergy symptoms. Dr. Clemens and the entire team helped us navigate the difficult journey of discovering that he had a nasal fungal infection. Throughout every appointment, phone call, and treatment decision, the staff was caring, compassionate, and encouraging. They celebrated every small victory with us, knew Phineas by name, and always made us feel like family. No matter how busy they were, they always found a way to get us in quickly when we needed them. Recently, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to Phineas. The kindness and compassion shown by everyone at Pets First during that difficult time meant more to us than words can express. They treated him with so much love and dignity, even making him a special final sundae with a donut, ice cream, peanut butter, and all his favorite treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us a beautiful final memory with him. Thank you to Dr. Clemens and the entire Pets First team for loving our boy as much as we did. We will always be grateful for the care, support, hugs, and kindness you showed Phineas and our family.

  Great staff that are very professional and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and comfortable for you and your pet. Dr. Clementz is the only vet that I would trust to take care of my daughter’s service dog. We drive an hour and a half just to get Billie Jean taken care of by the best staff around. If I could leave higher than a 5 star rating I would, they are amazing and could not recommend them more.
