- CWcole wootenApr 17, 20261.0Was scheduled to have my dog looked at for a severely swollen leg. Got stuck behind a car wreck on 270 and called them letting them know I was going to be late. They said it was okay and to still come. When I was right around the corner only a couple minutes away they told me they couldn’t look at my dog anymore because they triple booked for some reason. I’ve used this vet for a long time and have never seen this level of lack of care. Sad to see another vet clinic prioritizing making money instead of the well being for there clients that have been using them for years. My dog has a hard time trusting vets and now I have to take him to an emergency vet and pay a premium for that. I highly don’t recommend using this vet. A lot more vets out there that value animals over profit. Sad to see another vet get money hungry to make a few extra bucks at the cost of people’s fur babies health.

- VRVicktoria RApr 18, 20235.0I was very pleased with how quickly they got us in. Our 17 week puppy had been sick with diarrhea for 6 weeks and our old vet kept saying to feed her chicken and rice. She was not getting the nutrients needed to grow. Pet's First was amazing. Once she started the prescription food to heal her gut all the diarrhea stopped that evening. The vet was wonderful to work with. She took her time, got to know us and our dog. She was great to work with as well as the entire staff. We have since transferred our older dog to their office as well!!

While the end result was sad, they were all so sweet, sympathetic and understanding. They took great care of our little guy in his last moments and made him as comfortable as possible. The experience (while sad) was so comforting, I booked an appointment for my 2 dogs to have them as our regular vet. Seriously, thank you guys for all you did for me and my coworkers! Your kindness is so very appreciated.
