- MRmaya raeSep 22, 20265.0one of my biggest worries as a broke college student is not being able to afford bills or being taken advantage of. At this location, not only did i receive some of the most helpful advice, but I received so much compassion and love for my senior cat. They finally figured out her illness that took months to diagnose. The treatment and kindness of this staff is out of this world. Dr. Conway and Dr. Mitch deserve a raise for the service they provide!!!

- BBBobbi BAug 30, 20261.0Customer service at this location is 0/10. I will not be returning. The veterinarian did not need to speak with me, the pet owner, about the treatment plan. On my first visit, and again on the following two visits, I had to specifically ask for her to come out and speak with me which she still didn't. As someone who works in healthcare, I find this completely unacceptable and ethically wrong. Only after I pointed this out to the staff did they ask if I wanted her to come speak with me. I will be filing a complaint with the veterinary board regarding this veterinarian, and I will also be contacting corporate/management.

Dr. Blue and Mitch took great care of my cat, Niki, and I really appreciated how gentle, caring, and attentive they were with her. They made us both feel comfortable and confident that Niki was in good hands. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I’m very happy with the care Niki received and would definitely recommend Dr. Blue, Mitch, and the entire team to anyone looking for a great vet!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
