  COMMISSION BASED UPSALES at this Store!!! Terrible service at this location. Red head in fish basically told me I had to bye a fish tank in order to get a Betta. Seems like an unnecessary up charge that she was eager to ring up herself at the register. They clearly are getting commission with unnecessary rules.(I’m no rookie to predatory tactics) They keep Betta fish in a small plastic container with little to no room, or plants.. so to suggest having a Betta in a roomy fish bowl is inhumane is a huge contradiction. I have never experienced this type of talk whenever I’ve bought fish at other places. Rude condescending staff and Manager that I spoke to today. If there’s commission this is a crappy policy, they don’t care about the Betta fish themselves. My mom just bought a fish at Pet Supply plus with no talks of buying a fish tank. This is a rehearsed Scam! Read this review before buying unnecessary junk from these commission based stores!

  Staff was helpful. There is a smaller aquatic section here than at other stores.

  We’ve been coming here for 2 months now for our 4 month old kittens, and we’ve had great experiences so far! We bought their vaccine package for all of their vaccinations and have been met with decent kindness by the vets working in store. The staff who ring out have been extremely kind and have offered lots of help with our new family members!

  The staff was friendly but we waited about 5 minutes for someone to come ring us out. No one was at the registers. The one thing that gets to me though is, I have to buy certain products there that my pets will eat that other stores now don’t carry such as Merrick. But there are never any great sales or discounts. I have bought so much there and never seemed to get a discount on anything. Where at Pet Supplies plus they offer discounts regularly for their good customers. Unfortunately, aside from the dry food, they carry very little can now that my cats like. Otherwise, I would do all my shopping there. And how you can charge $10 for cat grass when I can get it at my local grocery stores for 3.99. That’s highway robbery.
