  After Dr. Parker sold her practice at Medina Veterinary Clinic we have been in search of a compassionate veterinarian for our cats. I can’t say how appreciative my family is with entire staff. Compassionate, caring, empathetical, available are all great adjectives to describe or feelings.

  Everyone at Happy Vet are incredibly kind and caring! My 11year old 3lb. Yorkie got hurt and no one would give me an appointment right away, and if they wanted to book one it was ridiculously expensive. So I googled mire and found Happy Vet. They not only got me on same day the pri e was cheaper then anyone . She also had bad teeth so they checked her out and told me her teeth were really bad,they gave me a price which again was far less then anyone and helped me get financed. They took such good care of Furby and she is doing so well since I got her rotten teeth out. The vet who did her percedur was so nice as every one else there. This place is where you want to bring your pets and know they are in good hands! Thank you all for being there for us and you are all AMAZING. Sincerely Clare &Furby.

  The only reason I come here is for the this reason. I like that they are never in a rush and always willing to sit and answer questions. Friendly kind and helpful

  I have had dogs my whole life, especially German Shepherds, and end-of-life care is always the hardest part. When my regular vet was closed this weekend, I contacted Medina Banfield Hospital expecting delays and disappointment since I wasn’t a client. Instead, I was met with incredible compassion, patience, and genuine care. The staff treated my dog and me with dignity and kindness during one of the most painful moments of my life. The care was amazing, the pricing was fair, and it truly felt like they cared from the heart. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone in need.Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is heartbreaking, especially on a weekend. The team at Medina Banfield Hospital went above and beyond with empathy and understanding, making sure my dog was comfortable and respected every step of the way. Their kindness made an unbearable situation more peaceful. I am deeply grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone facing a difficult time with their pet. or for any veterynary care ...I expected stress and long waits, but instead I found warmth, compassion, and support. The staff never made us feel rushed or like just another case. Their humanity truly stood out. I would not hesitate to recommend Medina Banfield Hospital to anyone who needs caring and compassionate veterinary support.This was one of the hardest days of my life, and the people here made it easier with their professionalism and empathy.
