- OUOzgur UgurAug 10, 20261.0We had an appointment here on 8/10/26 (today) at 12:30 pm to get a dog checked out. When we come here front desk lady told us they don’t see any appointments, we had confirmation email about our appointment we showed it to her. (We also called a day before to confirm) She saw we had an actual appointment she couldn’t say anything nor she gave any reason whey it wasn’t showing up in their system. We both got off of our works to get here for this appointment, instead of trying to help us or work around she offered to schedule it for days later which weren’t helpful for us plus we have had an appointment scheduled for today. So talking back and forth they finally told they will TRY to make a space for us to take us in. They told two hours but we don’t know how long will it take. We are just waiting here don’t knowing if they are gonna actually take us in or just waste multiple hours for no reason. I’m sure they have great vets and staff here but today the way we are currently being treated here extremely unprofessional. We are just hoping to get help with this dog that’s all. I’ll update this review based on how things go.

I never do reviews EVER and my cat isnt doing well so I scheduled an appt with them at 11am and then they called to tell me that they can't see Toby because they overbooked. I understand things happen but this is not an innocent cats fault... So honestly I wouldn't recommend taking your babies here. They can't even fix their own mistakes

As luck would have it, illnesses always seem to pop up on the weekends, so I was incredibly grateful they were open and able to fit him in for a same-day appointment. The entire staff and veterinarian were so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They provided us with a prescription and gave me great advice on preventative ear cleaning moving forward. I’m so thankful to the team for getting my little guy on the road to recovery!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
