    My dog got a shot and her nails clipped. I feel like I am up sale'd at every. single. visit. The prices are already high for any service except nail clipping. The staff is great tho.

    ​Banfield Pet Hospital in Medina was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Tater Tot. As luck would have it, illnesses always seem to pop up on the weekends, so I was incredibly grateful they were open and able to fit him in for a same-day appointment. The entire staff and veterinarian were so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They provided us with a prescription and gave me great advice on preventative ear cleaning moving forward. I’m so thankful to the team for getting my little guy on the road to recovery!

    I totally regret signing up for their wellness plan. Misinformation is constant. Their quotes for treatment are inconsistent and higher than anyone else I found in town. None of their explanations hold up under even the slightest questioning. Now I’m locked in a contract for another six months and can’t get out.

    Don't take your pet here, go somewhere else. This is a shady location with a track record of mistakes. I have had 3 consecutive trips with issues here. First, they forgot they had my dog, kept her for 4+ hours in a crate in back when they only needed to see her for 30 mins. Their reasoning was "they forgot to contact us". We called them before they realized their mistake. So how long would our dog have sat there? Keep in mind, this was just for a quick vaccination. We asked the manager, she said they shouldn't have even kept the dog for a vaccination. The next visit they called us asking for us to pick our dog up an hour later. The reasoning? So that they could go enjoy their lunch break and keep my dog locked up in back instead of coming home where she'd be more comfortable. They also cancelled an appointment with us because they did not want to allow us an "in room" appointment. We had this appointment scheduled, they called morning of the appointment to tell us "drop off or cancel". This is because they had "two surgeries" in office today. Despite the fact of knowing about those same surgeries when we scheduled. I do not have confidence that is location will fix the issue. The management was dismissive and unhelpful with the problem. Go somewhere else.

    After Dr. Parker sold her practice at Medina Veterinary Clinic we have been in search of a compassionate veterinarian for our cats. I can’t say how appreciative my family is with entire staff. Compassionate, caring, empathetical, available are all great adjectives to describe or feelings.
