- SBShawn BrunkJul 10, 20261.0I came to the store to originally get crickets, and ended up deciding me and the kiddos are going to start a setup for a Veild chameleon. didn't have the correct setup YET, we were buying things to make the correct setup, when I told them I wasn't buying a screen cage from THEM bc it was outrageously priced i was met with apprehension. When I refused to buy the uv bulb from there store which was priced @ 79.99 and is priced on amazon.com for 29.99 I was met with more reluctancy, ONCE I said okay, I'll order it on Amazon the clerk said she would check with her manager to make sure the sale was ok. After about 5 minutes she returned and refused the sale of the animal because I wouldn't buy the stuff from their over priced store. This isn't my first rodeo I've been taking care of reptiles for 20 plus years. The amount of disrespect I recieved is despicable. I've never had a bad experience with this store before, but this is enough for me to avoid this location.
