- DPDanny PetersSep 8, 20261.0We were traveling from out of state visiting family and one of our dogs was sick and our vet from Texas called in to put in a prescription and Petco Lima refused to do it and passed them to Petco corporate. My spouse called Petco corporate and it seems the issue is really the retail store wanting to take a week to cerify the prescription even though they told the vet it was in stock. We were traveling back to Texas (two day drive) and didn't have a week. Luckily Walmart could fill it by simply talking to the vet. So long story short if there is something urgent don't count on this place
- HHHowehTubeSep 5, 20265.0Just spoke with Olivia on the phone with a few questions. Super helpful, super polite and really knowledgeable! Thanks so much.
- Aaubrey !Sep 4, 20261.0After coming here earlier today and seeing what I saw, I will never bring my dog to a groomer unless im there. I watched through the window, one of the groomers yank around a corgi and get in the corgis face. I get its probably hard to work with animals but you know what you signed up for. what I saw was straight disrespect to a doggy who doesn't know any better. Be more careful on who you hire at these places.
