  The staff at Diamond M helped get me through one of the most painfull experiences a pet owner can have. On July 1st. my 12 yr.old black lab Buddy was hit by a car. Even tho it was almost after hours they helped me bring him in, exrayed and accessed his injuries. Unfortunately, his injury was too severe and nothing could be done but to let him peacefully close his eyes. He was my constant companion and most loyal friend. DIAMOND M quietly and gently helped me thru the process. And just today, not quite 2 weeks later, I received the most touching card from them with My Buddy's nose and paw print and all the staffs individual, handwritten sympathies. This touched my heart. This Clinic and the people are worth so much more than 5 stars!!!!

  Took my dog in last night. They listened to all my concerns and ran tests to figure out what was wrong. He has now eaten more in 24hrs than he has in the past week. He has a very long way to go but I finally have hope. Already made a follow up appointment.

  I cannot say enough good things about this vet. At 8:30 PM, my dog decided to eat a straight pin. I first took him to an emergency vet in Lima for X-rays, and they recommended I bring Leo here for further treatment. Dr. Kearns took my dog in at 10 PM and attempted to remove the pin using a scope. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate it in the stomach. He called me around midnight to explain the situation and discuss next steps. We decided surgery was the best option, and I’m so grateful we did. Dr. Kearns was able to successfully remove the pin, along with other foreign objects my ornery dog had swallowed. He followed up the next morning with another call to update me on how Leo was doing, which meant so much. I truly cannot thank Dr. Kearns and his staff enough for how kind, communicative, and reassuring they were throughout this entire process. They made both me and my dog feel cared for every step of the way. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places. While I hope I never have to deal with another emergency like this, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent veterinary care.
