  Easy to find items needed. I just had abdominal surgery and one of the nice employees help me load my car. That was very nice of them.

  Pricey, no cat grooming. Wide range of products for cats (I only have cats). They used to have a donation box in the entryway for Roses rescue and People Care Pet Pantry, but they don't anymore, which was really convenient. They also used to have a microchip wand, which was great, as many cats appear on my patio. This service was great for a quick check if a cat was lost and could be returned to their owner if micrichipped. I went in there 3 weeks ago on a Saturday, with a cat. I was informed that they don't do that anymore and sent me to police station. I went to Brimfield police station and they have more important things to do than check on microchip of cat. I could've waited until an officer returned, but instead took her in temporarily until owner could come forward or do tnr for adoption. If petco cares, please bring this service back,as well as donation boxes. Begs the question of whether the rescue groups have parted with your store. I prefer petsmart n

  Ally Sites at Petco is absolutely amazing! She does an incredible job every single time and cuts our dog Milo to perfection. Milo comes back looking handsome, happy, and fresh, and we couldn't ask for a better groomer. Highly recommend Ally to anyone looking for top-notch grooming care!

  This review is specifically regarding the Vetco Vaccination Clinic services offered at this Petco location, not the Petco store itself. I’m extremely disappointed with how Vetco handled the pricing and explanation of their vaccine packages. I purchased the Complete Package for $145, believing I was getting the vaccinations my dog needed. After the visit, I was informed that the DA2PP + Lepto vaccine required a booster in 2–4 weeks. When I returned for the required booster, I was charged an additional $64.43. What makes this especially frustrating is that Vetco advertises an All-Age Bundle for $209 that includes two doses of the distemper/parvo and Lepto vaccines. After paying $145 for the Complete Package and another $64.43 for the booster, I ended up paying $209.43 anyway. Had it been clearly explained to me during my first visit that my dog would need a second paid dose, and that Vetco offered a two-visit package that included both doses, I would have purchased the $209 package from the beginning. My issue isn’t having to pay for my dog’s veterinary care. My issue is the lack of transparency when the package was selected and purchased. Customers should be clearly informed when a vaccine included in a package will require an additional paid booster, especially when another package is available that includes both doses. I would have made a different purchasing decision had this been properly explained to me upfront. Vetco needs to do a better job explaining these packages and additional costs before customers pay, not afterward.
