Then when something happens; they refuse to take responsibility. I am still trying to get someone to call me back about an issue, they just don’t care. I have since switched groomers, to one about 1min away from this one, and am very happy, not to mention they are $25 cheaper per visit. Now that I can compare the 2, the differences are astounding. Update: I saw the response from Petco below. i have called the customer service line, that is where my complaint began. But when I pushed back they refused to call me again for resolution. I have called 4 times in the past month with no callback. I called again today, she stated it’d be escalated and I’d get a callback before days end, which prompted me to finally type this review.

Body language and tone just disgusting. I left my cart and just walked out. I will not spend my money in a place where customers are treated in a horrible way. I would rather drive further to my usual reptile store. On a whim decided to go here because we were at Marshall’s. I won’t even think to walk in a place like this again.
