I'd leave negative stars if I could!! I am absolutely appalled by the care—or complete lack thereof—my 15-year-old, one-eyed Shih Tzu received at this location. We brought him in for routine shots and requested a simple hair trim around his remaining good eye.Red flags started when they forced a 10:30 AM drop-off for routine vaccines, keeping him for nearly 7 hours without updates. When we finally got him home, he was confused and running into walls. By nightfall, his only good eye was seeping and swollen shut, forcing us into an emergency vet clinic at 11:00 PM. The ER vet confirmed severe trauma to his eye. When I called this Banfield location for answers, the staff's response was completely dismissive. One employee actually giggled and blamed my dog for being "squirmy." Another staff member gave conflicting stories, first claiming a tech did the trim under a doctor's supervision, then admitting the doctor wasn't even in the room. They shockingly tried to blame the trauma on my dog's own soft hair, and a staff member snippily asked, "What can we do to get past this?"They took zero responsibility for injuring a defenseless senior dog. Titan is now on five different medications, and if this trauma doesn't heal, he faces surgical removal of his remaining eye, leaving him completely blind. On top of their ridiculous overpricing, their staff is reckless, unaccountable, and rude. Banfield corporate needs to reimburse our ER bills and take immediate action. Avoid this location at all costs if you love your pets.

I've head the wellness plan for my Pittbul from when he was 5weeks old till he passed the biggening this year. I wasn't aware that i still had to pay out the remaining balance for services that was never used because of his passing. When I told them I couldn't pay the balance in full and that I could pay it payments. They told me that I had to pay it in full, even after paying for the welness plan for over 13yrs. You guys preach about loving these animales but are heartless when it comes to money. Never again will I have anything to do with your hospital. I just hope that this comment may help others to not make the same mistake as I did and waste there hard earned Cash on an organization that has no symphaty.

I took my dog in for care, and they had him in for 8 hours. And when we picked him up they said he peed himself. My dog never peed in his crate. I wish other vets would honor this wellness plan. Because we are on a fixed income and can't afford other care plans that is honored at all vets. I would not recommend this place because it seems like they care more about the money coming in then the animals. If they cared about the pets they wouldn't be a drop off vet. They over book because the more money comes in.
