  My wife and I have had great experiences till this last visit. We had their Grooming’s service do work on our older cat. The groomer did a horrible job. We specifically said we just wanted her trimmed NOT SHAVED AND DID NOT WANT A LION CUT. The groomer did the lion cut which we did not want. Also when my wife went to pick up our cat the person or tech brought out a Golden retriever not our little 7lb cat big difference. We did get our cat after that but not what we was expecting. This is the worst service ever. The groomer did not call or take if we would want something else done if the could not trim her to our specifications. This is the second time I said something about this and got no response from the office what so ever. We are really not happy with the service her at our last visit. I am not adding a photo at this time because it’s that bad!!

  Brought our grand dog in for his yearly appointment and the staff, and doctor, was as kind and professional as always!

  Dr Whalen, the techs, and the office staff have been really wonderful to my pup and me through the diagnosis and treatment of an autoimmune disorder. I’ve been to the office multiple times a week with frantic phone calls in between and each person I’ve spoken with have been caring and helpful. Thank you all!

  Moved to this area, first time dog owner....Vet didn't tell me or suggest shots needed for boarding ....and her general health. Also, I wanted the bill on my CareCredit card to get 0 interest, but they billed my credit card for the visit and the other which left me under the threshold...another poor communication from the animal clinic.... Visitors be extremely aware and hopefully you have the right questions because they won't help.

  I have been using Healthy Pets in Hilliard for many years. Over the last year, I lost both of my pups (one to old age, and one to lymphoma). Dr. Hunt and Dr. Graham were both absolutely incredible. During my pups short fight with lymphoma, they were amazing. Dr. Graham called me on his day off with test results, and made sure I knew all of my options. Dr. Hunt, who was on surgery duty the day I rushed my boy in to get checked, made time for me without notice. I even received a hand-written card from them both after his passing. I can't recommend them enough. I would never take my pets anywhere else. Thanks a ton!
