  I love how clean the store is, I love how kind and helpful all the employees are. They are very knowledgeable about animals. Every employee their have a smile on their face . I look forward to coming in to get my ball python mice every week.

  I always have a good experience with this location. The only down fall in that there has not been any A/C for a month now. I sympathize for the staff but they keep doing their job. Thank you

  Giving BARB five stars! She helped my husband and I over the weekend. She was busy, but she worked very hard to make sure everyone in the store was well taken care of. Something she did in particular really stood out to us. She asked how long we’ve had our tank set up. We were there to purchase a few fish. Our tank is well established, but can’t tell you how many times we have gone somewhere to get fish and are never asked that question. People who work at pets stores and do not care about the fish will not bother asking that question. It leads to people that are not prepared buying fish and then they go home and the fish don’t make it because there tank has not been set up long enough for the fish to acclimate. Barb was also very knowledgeable . Please share this review with Barb to let her know that the extra touches she has really matter! We will be back and hope to see Barb again!
