  I am new to town due to an emergency move out of a DV relationship...I don't discuss it but I need my faith in people restored and Tiffiny did that for me. Nice conversation while setting me up an account and a coupon to help with the brand of food I bought 😋 The store was clean, well organized/stocked and good music 🎶 😁

  I really like Petco. What I don't like is all of these stores now asking for donates. I don't need to be asked every time I shop. Walmart, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Best Buy and etc. I will donate to my charities I want to when I want to. Please allow an opt out.

  No information when booking for a vet appointment or a hair appt that they aren’t allowed calming meds, yet the store sells name brand (pet co brand) calming meds that are labeled “for vets, appointments, fireworks” etc. so just a heads up After we wasted an hour driving and possibly losing ability to get to a vet in time for our trip.

  BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and waiting on the groomers to come and help me at the desk. When they finally came out they told me I was past the 15 min grace period. I looked at my clock and watched it turn 1:15. They purposely didn’t come out because I was close to their grace period and they wanted to turn me down. This is actually my 2nd bad experience which warranted this post!!! Last time they were rude with me and my daughter while we asked questions about price differences, they also did not clean my dog’s ears, his feet were very smelly and I noticed instantly that he still had a musk to him even though he was gone for 2.5 hours. He also wasn’t let out and was shaking because he had to go potty so bad. Mind you we go potty right before we go in. I wrote it off as a one time bad experience but after today I will NEVER be back. Overpriced for an underwhelming service and overall experience!
