  Will not be going there again they treat you like you don't know how to take care of pets lucky I can't do no stars on them this is the 5th time the same lady talks to us like we are dumb and no wonder that one lady don't make any sales.

  I had put a order online for a pick up and customer service went smoothly and they even made my day complimenting on a shirt that I had made myself earlier in the day. Very polite people

  Well, when you walk in for crickets and you see an employee right next to the crickets and mention i need crickets. She walks away and says let me find someone that can help. I wait 10 min no one arrives. I scan the "i need help" QR code after another 5 min a different employee shows up. (One on another occasion says she hates getting crickets) she starts to say the same thing (let me find someone). As I mention shes the second employee I have talked to about getting crickets. She says well im supposed to be on register and goes to talk to another employee. I start to walk out the door and tell them ill just go to the other pet store. There literally might have been 3 maybe 4 customers in the store at 330pm. I have no idea why its such a consistent problem at the store to have employees help get crickets.

  abuse to animals, and very disrespectful when we asked questions. yall should not have big cats in a tiny enclosure and not be allowed to let them out: It is entirely abuse and it should be shut down. each window you see is for 2-3 cats at once. this is unacceptable. also, my family had gotten a cat here before but unfortunately it was very skinny due to the workers neglecting the animals.

  I have been getting my dog groomed here for 2 years and Jen is AMAZING. Very patient always working hard to groom my 120lbs dog. She was booked and I tried another groomer. I was 16 minutes late and received a text as I walked in the door saying my appointment was missed. I have been late before and never had this text. I understand policy. When I arrived the groomer was on the phone canceling other appointments and asked me to wait. Then she looked at me and said I just got permission to go home. I said I know I was late but I just drove 30 minutes to get here and hit traffic. I was on a meeting call for work and couldn’t call. Again this had never been an issue in the past. As I left the store she didn’t say a word. I drove 30 minutes home, called the store and the store manager just said I was late and it’s their policy to cancel. I stated my frustrations and she didn’t have any empathy for the situation. I told her she had not even apologized or offered to see if they could get me in later or another time. Then she said sorry and just kept saying the employee said something else. Then at the end she tells me the employee was sick. While I understand I was 16 minutes late…. As I have been before, there was not one attempt to see if they could work with me. Guess it’s time to find a new groomer.
