    I had a 5:30 PM appointment at the Petco Vaccine Clinic and ended up being there for over an hour due to issues with my dog’s vaccination records. The records from my previous Petco vaccine clinic showed different rabies and DHPP vaccine durations than what was in their system (1-year vs. 3-year vaccines). After a lot of back-and-forth and confusion, I was told I needed to purchase the complete vaccine package because otherwise my dog’s vaccine records would be inconsistent going forward. As a result, I spent extra money that I don’t believe should have been necessary. The staff eventually got everything sorted out, but the process was frustrating, time-consuming, and could have been avoided if the records had been accurate and consistent across locations. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide to use other local vaccine clinics for my pets in the future.

    The veterinarian Dr. Dapricio or whatever is NOT a dog person she shouldn't even be a veterinarian. I hated the way she spoke to my dog and treated him. A veterinarian should know the temperament of a Husky, she even told him no so rudely when he was panting due to excitement. I will never come back to this vetco again, I've never experienced this doc before here and it will be my last. The guy who was holding my husky and giving him love during his shots was great per usual though. Don't go here if you see her. Short lady, glasses, short cut and dresses like she's in a real doctors office with high heels. I cannot with her, she's clearly in the wrong profession.
