  Staff is very nice but I don't like how they take your dog to the other room to care for them. It wasn't like that before. Brought him back for the same issue itching still itching even with the medication. Was referred to a pet derm,.....im not driving all the way out of town for that! Going back to VCA to see if they can figure it out as well as to check on his CT.

  I had such a great experience bringing my cat in for an eye injury. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate. The staff made both me and my cat feel comfortable, and they took excellent care of her throughout the visit. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to help us find a more affordable treatment option without compromising the quality of care. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my cat’s health and wanted to do what was best for her. The clinic was very clean, organized, and professional, and every member of the team was friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy vet!

  I am visiting here in Ohio and my dog Bella came up with a lame leg. My daughter called and pertco got her in fast. She was examed and given some pain meds. Two. Days later she is walking around normal again.

  I have been going to Vetco/Petco since my Bear was 8 weeks old. He is now 13 weeks and had his second round of puppy shots last Friday. The ladies who work there are amazing and truly love all the pets that come in. They treat my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy like their own. Thank you for being so good to my little Bear!

  I was looking to get my older cat vaccinated and tested since we were planning to adopt a pair of kittens. I had taken my older cat to another vet where they ran a blood panel but only told me that he had tested negative for Leukemia but was told I needed to book a different appointment for his vaccines. They told me he would need to have teeth removed and said it would start at $2000 and go up from there. So, I decided to try the local Vetco. They were wonderful. Not only did my boy get his vaccines, but the blood work they ran caught an issue with his kidneys and thyroid - something that should have shown up in the bloodwork previously done at the other vet. They also said he needed teeth pulled but gave me estimates on everything so I would know ahead of time what the costs would be - estimates for his dental surgery, for his thyroid prescription, for his follow-up visit. I so appreciated being given all the information so I could plan for what is to come. And bonus, they microchipped him too. Everyone there was amazing and kind.
