- MMMike McC6 days ago5.0They seem to have really invested in this store recently, it's got a lot going on. I had my kids with me to pick up dog food, and we spent maybe an hour looking at animals and talking about animal facts. They already want to go back this weekend after swim lessons.

The decision to keep cat food on one side of the store and place every other cat product on the opposite side of the store is completely baffling and makes the shopping experience completely inconvenient. Having the whole store be separated with all cat and dog products on either side was the perfect layout. The aisles are seemingly way more narrow then they used to be so the whole thing feels way more cramped. Whoever made these design choices needs to rethink them. Won't be back for a while.

I even heard a groomer shouting, which was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be bringing my dogs back here. Also, the clerk with the cat hairband… just NO. Not a good look on you. Check yourself in the mirror 🤮
