Being our pup’s first grooming appt, the services that my pup was to receive was explained in detail. All questions were answered without hesitation. Before my pup was taken into the grooming area, the groomer got acquainted with him. As promised we received a call when it was time to pick up my pup. Our groomer was excellent. My pup looked fantastic and smelled great. We will be returning to PETCO in the near future.
