- TNTeagan NeuschaeferJun 19, 20265.0I was so nervous to have my pup groomed here because I heard some stories about Petco in general, but I really did not have another option because our last groomer fell off, Raelee was the women that Groomed my pup and she did an AMAZING job, I will be using this place forever or will follow her if she starts her own! She also kept me updated and was easy to talk to/ work with!!! Thank you Raelee! Also the other girl at the grooming center was super friendly and easily got me scheduled! Both of them are amazing!!

- JHJP “The Chocolate Fox” HersheyJun 8, 20262.0I scheduled for shots and grooming. On shot day we arrived 10 min early as requested. However, it took over 30 min to be seen. This would be an hour long visit. Today would be grooming day but I just got a cancellation text because the staff had something come up. Mind you a 48 hr cancellation is required by them. This was a poor experience. I thought it would be better to go to the local as opposed to going to Avon and now I no longer want to patronize Petco all together. The workers were polite but not enough to omit the wasted time and energy. They then sent me a text saying they would see me soon, so I called. The worke.answes the phone and says my pups name and proceeds to say 'Ok I'll just go ahead and cancel your appointment" The appointment that was supposed to be cancelled 2 hours ago via text, sent from Petco? The confusion is staggering.
