The staff were super attentive, the vet himself had really good bed side manners and reassuring.. he complimented her coat and muscles and she was in good physical shape.. he explained everything and answered my questions..it felt welcoming and I was impressed honestly..I am making Elyria animal hospital my go to vet..if you want the very best for your pets I highly recommend this clinic
