- RSRoger ShimonoSep 2, 20261.0They turned away a distressed cat and refused to help him. When I asked for medical advice to help the cat since they wouldn't treat him they also declined that stating "that's not what we do here". At this point i'm not sure what they "do there" but caring for sick animals clearly isn't one of them.
- JSJim ShipleAug 18, 20265.0On Monday aug 17,2026 our dog max had gotten very ill, he was an older German shepherd mix and was aggressive, so we couldn't take him to a vet, we contacted the office that morning they worked us in so that pete could come to our home so that max didn't suffer any longer. We very much appreciated there actions to help us out. Thanks again for helping with max.
