- KCKathy Cavin3 days ago2.0We popped into the Petco on Stroop Road today for crickets and there was no o e working the checkout so we waited for 5 minutes or so. An employee finally came to the checkout and was so unbelievably rude, hateful and disrespectful, that we were shocked and so were a couple of other customers who were leaving but said that we should complain. I was trying to decide how many crickets we should get , and she said, “ It’s not hard” I didn’t get her name, but it’s Sunday , May 17 and we were there around 430. We will not be back.

Particularly the beta/colorful fishes sitting in tiny plastic tubs on a rack that are less than 3 inches in diameter. That’s no way to make them live. They looked incredibly sad. I was going to buy my cat some toys but I put them back after seeing that. This place doesn’t deserve my money. Do better.

- LLLoreyMay 1, 20265.0They have bulk kitty litter you can fill up reusable buckets with. I love having a zero waste option for litter as that's not common with pet products. Staff have always been helpful and friendly when I've gone. I come to this location often and will continue to do so.
