- RFRebecca Ford3 days ago2.0Pawsitively Perfect Grooming WAS an excellent pet grooming service. Unfortunately, 2026, it has gone DOWNHILL. My last grooming appointment, summer of 2026, I noticed confussion among the groomers, phone conversation with an unknown and apparently the groomer lacked professionalism with anxiety and complaining about my pets behavior which had never taken place in several years of grooming secession.

I recently moved and still take Benji here and I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brittany and Adrian. They have both been so kind, compassionate, understanding with Benji’s needs (as I know he is not the easiest client) but he got an amazing groom yesterday and looks and feels fabulous. Thank you Pawsitively Perfect Grooming & Self Bathe me and Benji are so thankful for you all 🩵🫧🐾
