  We went here for several years and finally stopped. Our dog came home with a nasty kennel cough, the SAME day we picked him up. I emailed them just to let them know and instead of handling it professionally, they went FULL GASLIGHT. They said 1) They didn't notice any cough whatsoever (even though he had it BAD the same day we picked him up) 2) There's no way he could have got it there because "their vet friend says it takes 7-14 days to incubate" and he was only there a 4 days. Ridiculous. The truth is they host dozens and dozens of dogs at the same time and regularly have HVAC issues. It was freezing out the weekend we left our dog there when he got kennel cough. And once on a stay over the summer, they had to evacuate the pets to the owner's home because the AC went out. Which was great that they did that, but shows the place has HVAC issues. I wonder what the temperature in there is overnight - to heat that entire place to a livable temperature for all the dogs?

  Dogs have been going there for 2+ years. Price is good, staff is always friendly and the dogs have a great time. One day I'll get them some pool time.

  We’ve been using Flyers for boarding our dog whenever we travel for the last year or so. Our dog is always so excited to go, she comes home happy and exhausted from getting to play with other dogs. We had to cancel our last reservation because our dog came down with a cough and they were not only understanding but they also seemed to really care about how she was doing which we appreciate. Our dog is high energy and can be a handful and we really appreciate how well they take care of her, the updates we get while she’s staying, and how friendly they are to us every time we pick her up and drop her off.

  We have been customers of Flyers PawZone since it opened and have been very impressed with the care and attention given to making our pups' stays enjoyable and fun for them. We have recommended PawZone to others. We had an experience 13-15 September that totally shakes out confidence in them now. We dropped off our happy, healthy and eager Cavapoo Cooper on Friday and picked him up about 48 hours later on Sunday. When we picked him up he was gasping for breath and his tongue was purple (cyanosis, lack of oxygen) and we realized we needed to get him to the emergency vet immediately. My wife went back in to ask how long he had been like this and why they had not called us, the emergency contact or had him taken to a vet. They replied that they had made an entry in their log that he was like this when dropped off and figured we knew - that is a blatant lie! We went directly to the emergency vet who triage categorized him in a critical (versus urgent or routine) state. His was suffering from heat exhaustion with a temp of 105.5 (dangerous) even after having cold air conditioning blowing on him enroute. They put him on oxygen and started an IV. Fortunately he fully recovered without going into heat stroke which he likely would have if treatment had been delayed much longer. I talked to PawZone on Monday and asked why nothing was done for him and got the answer again that he was that way when we dropped him off and that the conversation we were having was non-productive. I asked if there was a heat issue and they became defensive. We shudder to think what the outcome would have been had we missed the 2-hour pickup window on Sunday and this had gone to Monday. We are appalled at their lack of recognition of an emergency, their lack of concern, and their treatment of us. Their contention that he was like this at check-in is insulting. We have waited a week since the incident to see if we felt differently before filing this review - we are even more incensed that they would take no action on a dog with critical emergency symptoms (gasping and purple tongue) - he was not like that at check-in! Had he been I doubt they would have accepted him and if it was noticed shortly after drop-off wouldn't they have called us back immediately. Very unprofessional and dangerous!
