  Every time I need something from my “established” vets office I am referred to the emergency vet. It is a joke. Last time I took my dog to the emergency vet after being turned away for an appointment here they laughed. Today I asked simply if can get a temperature check on my dog who was released from OSU on Wednesday before we go into a Sunday with no regular vets office open. (Osu said I’m sure your vet would grab a quick temp for him) I was again referred to the EMERGENCY VET. When I explained I did not need to go to the emergency vet as osu had ruled out blank just monitoring at this point she then said ok $55 for the tech to take his temperature. Unreal.

  Everyone was so friendly! Dr. Winters kept me informed of every details and concern she had. Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. It is clear how much every staff member there loves animals and as a very anxious person I had absolutely ZERO concerns with leaving my cat in the hands of these amazing people. We are coming back in a month for a spay, and I have recommended and will continue to recommend this vet! :)

  Rating should be zero but I don’t have that option. Absolutely the worst record keeping and customer service. I was understanding at first because their “system” was down but made several requests for an email of vaccination records when they could send them. We never received them. They sent one email but it was records from 2021. Then we were told they couldn’t email vaccine records. We were called for payment but they could not tell us what the charges were and only got an estimate because once again their system was down. They still asked for our payment info so they could charge us when they got it figured out! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! THEY WANTED PAYMENT WITHOUT US HAVING ANY DOCUMENTATION OF HOW MUCH WAS CHARGED OR WHAT SERVICES WERE PERFORMED! We never got the records needed for the kennel until we arrived back home and I went in to make payment. I was then told it was too late and I would have to call billing. They still had our dogs on two different accounts despite at least two requests to combine them. We never had these issues at the Bellbrook location but we will never go to this Banfield.

  Fantastic work by dr Soreefan and team at Banfield. They have a fantastic wellness plan and great hours.
