  I brought my PTSD service dog to the dayton mall location less then a month ago- i called FOR THE SAME ISSUE ( ringworm) all they gave him was a spray- because i am a disabled army veteran and on a fixed income- i cannot afford ANOTHER vet visit since i have moved within that month to cleveland- i explaned this to them and they refused to help us with a RX for it over the phone and told me i would HAVE to bring him back when i now live 3.5 hours away EVEN tho they seen him less then a month ago and they only gave him a damn spray i could have got OTC. Honestly its infurating.

  I had an absolutely WONDERFUL first experience here with Dr. Susan Peters and the curly haired gentleman whose name escapes me. They were the only 2 people running the place on Sunday and you would never know. They were incredibly patient and kind to my very nervous dog, Honey. They didn’t rush or appear overwhelmed while running the show alone. Both of them were smiling the entire visit and answered my questions well. It’s almost like they actually LIKE their jobs! I appreciate their time and patience more than they could know. It was a refreshing vet visit for sure….so much so that I’m strongly considering making this our new vet office even though it’s a bit of a drive.

  Every thing was good They could cut the pills for you since it’s very hard to get the right dose when dose is 1/2 or 1/4 of the pill most people donot have a pill slicer

  My cat had an injury to his paw so I called Banfield. They are not my vets office I needed an emergency type vet because it was the weekend. I took him in and dropped him off at 8 in the morning. I told them then and was very straight forward that he was feisty and sedation would probably be needed. At 11 am I called to check on my cat and was informed they needed to sedate him . I heard nothing else and at 230 I called again to be told again they needed to sedate him and were about too. 45 min later I received a call from the dr telling me they had to give my cat an antibiotic through the crate because they couldn’t get to him. Then asked when I would be able to come get him. I came immediately to find out my cat had been sitting in his tiny carrier for 8 hours and had defecated on himself. They had not been able to get my cat out of carrier in 8HOURS! I spoke to them multiple times and at no time did anybody mention this to me. They also wanted me to bring him back and try again! NEVER AGAIN! My already scared cat is completely traumatized by this whole experience and quite frankly I am as well! If you love your animals don’t send them to this place! They are cruel to animals!
