- BUbrooke uJun 19, 20261.0I took my cat in for a urine and poop sample. I was told no news is good news. I called a few weeks later just to hear for myself that there was nothing wrong. The women on the phone told me she was going to check with the doctor because there was not a note on file and would call me back in one minute. She never called me back so I still don't know weeks later if there is anything wrong. I am super disappointed with this place.

Terrible service, if you care about your best friend / animal do not take them here. Banfeild only cares about your money and not the care of you loved one. Trying to find out my animals test results has been like pulling teeth. Had to wait for four weeks without a call as if they hope we would forget, so we called back and just now looking into the results, this place is a joke. What was the point of going there if they just take your money without care. Please look into other vets in the area !

The website did not inform me to expect a confirmation email or text. Next available appointment was a week out. Not great for someone with a sick pet, nor a good first experience. I will not be back.

The staff was patient and kind with her. The price was reasonable and ended up being even cheaper than I thought. Overall I'm super happy with their service, staff was nice, it was clean, and our experience was great. Thanks for helping Leeloo! 🫶🏼

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
