Not only has her resource guarding tendencies improved significantly, but her general obedience is so much better too! Every trainer we had was so kind, patient and thorough in explaining what she had learned that day. They even helped me understand certain behaviors in Pepper that I was completely misreading. Loved our experience and love knowing that if I need any help in the future that I can always reach out to them!

We adopted her earlier this year and she was very anxious and had some challenges getting along with our older dog that we wanted to figure out. We looked into a few other training options but after meeting with Lindsay and her team, we were convinced Ruby had to go to Taking the Lead! This was the absolute best decision and we truly had so much fun learning from Marco and their amazing trainers! Ruby's progress was incredible from even the very first day! She went from shy and reserved to a fun-loving, outgoing, and confident pup who listens incredibly well! We now have the confidence that we can bring her anywhere as she's perfectly behaved and comfortable. We're so looking forward to the alumni events!

The business and process are so well structured, communication is clear, access to help and support is fast and easy, and they are great at what they do! The transformation session was great - signed up on the spot. My pup just completed the 9 week program and she has absolutely transformed! She is a very skittish and anxious girly. She has built so much confidence and her ability to manage and overcome fears is exponentially better. Walks are no longer stressful. We had to be on the waitlist for about 12 weeks and they don’t leave you waiting - we completed the bi-weekly jump start sessions that are virtual training. I saw a noticeable improvement just with those sessions. It’s so clear why there’s a waitlist…they are PHENOMENAL! I wish I would have found TTL sooner! My girl had the chance to work with Lindsay, Bishop, Jamie, Ally, Marco, and Teegan! I’m so excited that we now get to join alumni events!
