    We have been taking our 10 year old pup to Petco grooming for 3 years at this location. We've been aware since she's a puppy that she does not like her feet touched. Past groomers have noted this and would not do her nails. We've been without any other issue for 10 years. However, today- we were notified at arrival that based on her past notes the groomer, Destiny V, likely would not feel comfortable completing the haircut. I wish we had been notified before arrival. We were called an hour later stating Destiny can't complete. She suggested that we take her to the vet for anesthesia or another groomer that muzzles. At pick up, we paid $75 for a wash which I could have done at home. We will not be back for grooming at this location or until there is another groomer outside of Destiny. Edit: just tried to schedule online at a different Petco location. I am not unable to schedule online because of one groomer's opinion over 10 years of grooming from Petco.

    Horrible experience. Told me they couldn’t service my dog. She can have an attitude and she’s a dauschund, I understand that. They said they can bathe her and brush her mats out. I told them that’s ok, they can do that. When we went to pick her up she was very wet. She couldn’t walk in the store. I don’t think air can cause a dog to bite. Staff was extremely rude to us. Ignored us for 10 minutes while we waited. Bad experience.

    Today we found that our original groomer Devon has changed location. A new groomer, who showed to be very aggressive with my poodle and being rude to my daughter. Making my family and dog very nervous and scared. When addressed his behavior he became upset and denied my dog services and he threatened to ban my poodle from Petco grooming. Not sure if this person was having a bad day or what, but I will not TOLERATE this aggressive and rude behavior. Petco, you better address this behavior before you lose customers. No need to ban my poodle, we just won't come back as l9ng as you have that person as a groomer.
