  My dog has had bleeding paws twice after being picked up from a groom. Paid extra for nail buffing the second time thinking that might be easier for the groomer than clipping. Still had bloody feet at pick up. Will not be going back. It’s a shame because they otherwise do a nice job.

  Very clean store! The staff is really sweet and understanding through the process of rehoming pets. Made the process much easier. The cats were super cute and the name tags were are very accurate to them lol. Felt very welcomed :)

  Great store plenty of different foods, I’m switching the type of food my dog is currently on to a raw diet. They had a great display of food with a huge sign above so I was not wondering around looking. Easton Petco The Best Staff.

  Staff was very kind and helpful. The store is on the smaller side so the isles are tighter packed. Had a little trouble manuvering my cart around the cat area but other than that it's a good store

  Never been to this location before, so since I was in the area I decided to stop by. I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Petco location..I’ve shopped at other Petco stores before where they’ve had no problem price matching items from their own website/app, so I was surprised when the cashier here refused and told me they don’t price match at all on their app or website. I even tried explaining that I’ve had it done at other locations, thinking maybe there was just some confusion, even after showing him the difference in price on the app, but there was no effort to look into it or help. He just scanned it and kept telling me that’s the price it is.. later out of curiosity , I found out price matching is something they typically offer for their customers here at this location as a company, which made the experience even more frustrating. It did not get corrected. I’m a regular customer, with subscriptions for my pets so this was really disappointing. I ended up buying what I needed anyway because I didn’t want to drive out of my way to another location, but it definitely didn’t sit right with me. On a positive note, the store itself was clean and had a nice selection & most of the other associates were amazing checking up on people, etc. However, due to this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this specific location as there seemed to be 0 effort on trying to find a solution. I will stick to my regular store.
