  I come here frequently Their guinea pigs did not have any hay available to eat, when I notified the employee they said they were out of hay and working on the solution. I was there to buy hay for my guinea pigs, they have MULTIPLE BAGS in the store but said they can't use that because it will throw off the count and they will get in trouble. The manager is aware and they have to buy hay FROM ANOTHER STORE. Hopefully their BABY guinea pigs don't get ill in the mean time or die. While they "figure it out". The hay is literally in a bag directly across from the cage. How gross.

  Everyone here is so kind!!! Quick to help and always notices you when you walk in. They're welcoming to my tripod Pocket Bully. "Pet Spa" is amazing! My girl was calm, happy, smelled great and was so cute with the bandana on. I'M A LIFER!!!

  I love coming here to get my chameleon bugs. They have a wide selection, knowledgeable staff, and are very friendly! One certain employee believed in my spouse and I back in January when we bought our chameleon, saying with the proper husbandry and dedication we could successfully raise a happy chameleon baby girl. She’s thriving and we continue to go back to Petco weekly for her bugs.

  My dog has had bleeding paws twice after being picked up from a groom. Paid extra for nail buffing the second time thinking that might be easier for the groomer than clipping. Still had bloody feet at pick up. Will not be going back. It’s a shame because they otherwise do a nice job.

  Very clean store! The staff is really sweet and understanding through the process of rehoming pets. Made the process much easier. The cats were super cute and the name tags were are very accurate to them lol. Felt very welcomed :)
