I’ve taken my Pet there to receive medical treatment the care was good. I enrolled in the Pet Insurance Plan for nearly two years. The monthly payments came from my Discover Credit Card account monthly during this entire time. Banfield Billing DID NOT SUBMIT FOR PAYMENT IN JULY. I was contacted to bring my Pet in for a check up and was told onsite Payment was missed. I immediately called Discover Credit Card Services while in the Exam Room DISCOVER CREDIT CARD VERIFIED NO PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT BANFIELD PET REFUSED TO ACCEPT THEIR BILLING ERROR AND PLACED THIS ON MY CREDIT REPORT AS NEGATIVE. Banfield Pet own up to your Billing Error and removed Negative Information from my Credit Report. Thank you

The day I took my dog in... everything was good they evaluated my dog diagnosed my dog sent me home with a plan scheduled to come back so I could medicate my dog.... the next day I get my dog medicated and I received a phone call 30 minutes before her appointment stating that we had to reschedule because they did not explain to me that her visit was going to be charged another exam $74 plus the service that needed to be done. I didn't understand why they were charging me another $74 for another exam when they already knew what was wrong. the lady on the phone had no compassion that I just gave my dog Trazodone and she's now calling me 30 minutes before her visit and then telling me that we're going to schedule for the next day then ask me if that was okay then ask me what was the next time I was going to be available she's just assumed that we were just going to schedule for the next day and still can't give me a clear reason why I'm being charged for another exam I went to Canfield the next day after this horrible phone call to talk to someone a manager anybody the lady at the front desk tell me she can take my number down tell me that sometimes over the phone it sounds like somebody don't have compassion I know what it sounds like when someone don't have compassion and tells me someone will call me. come to find out they never offered me the plan the Wellness Plan so I didn't have to be charged each time I came in

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
