  I’ve been to multiple Banfield locations over the years and this location by far has exceeded my expectations. All of the staff and doctors were very informative and helpful in many aspects. The medical assistant (I unfortunately forget her name) made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision to continue to utilize Banfield. She was incredible. Both of my dogs were seen same day at different times and again, this location has just exceeded my expectations. I will continue to come to this location and have high praise for the employees. The OWP’s are well worth it as well!

  This is where I have been bringing my dogs for years now and earlier it was great but I feel that the service is getting worse and worse. All the great doctors tend to leave and then I always feel like every visit has taken hours. I'm waiting to be seen, waiting to hear results and worst of all, I come in for simple prescriptions and medications and am still waiting. It does not matter what time your appointment might be because it is always like 15 to 30 min before you are seen. I have literally been standing at the desk waiting for what I need for almost 45 minutes. It should not take that long to get something like flea and tick or heartworm medication.

  I was visiting PetSmart with my puppy, who was sitting in a cart. A Banfield employee approached us and, without asking permission, immediately began petting him and then picked him up. She then attempted to place him on the ground to greet another customer. We asked her not to do this, as our puppy has not yet received all of his booster vaccinations. In response, she told us we didn’t need to worry about parvovirus inside the store, only outdoors. This was very concerning to hear. Parvovirus can be transmitted both indoors and outdoors, and suggesting otherwise is misleading and potentially dangerous—especially for young, unvaccinated puppies. I’m unsure of this employee’s role, but the information she provided could put pets at serious risk. Additionally, handling a customer’s pet without permission is inappropriate. I hope the clinic addresses both proper pet-handling etiquette and accurate health education for staff.
