- AHAmanda HeckmanApr 1, 20261.0Literally the worst Petco I have ever visited. Staff are not helpful and full of attitude. If you don’t want to work, then leave? I paid 300$ to get my pet microchipped and vaccinated through Vetco and I got no help from either company to get proof of those vaccinations. Petco gave me a run around and told me “they are 3rd party blah blah blah..” okay understandable but can you partner with someone that you can stand behind and help your customers when they need it. I kept being directed in circles and being told to go online to get the record sent to me, which I did, multiple times and nothing was ever sent. When calling for the records a Petco employee asked me “well do you need the paperwork right now?” Yes ma’am I would like the paper proof of vaccinations that I paid 300$ for! The manager Lisa is just as bad. You can not get a word in edgewise and they are so quick to direct you away. I will never do business with them again, and I am most likely be disputing the charges with my bank. If they have no paperwork stating it happened that they can provide me then I’m guessing it just never happened, right?
