My name is Dr. Cathy Lambert and I own PetVet365 Anderson in Cincinnati, OH along with Dr. Katie Smith. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

- AAAJJun 30, 20265.0Petvet365 is absolutely outstanding. I walked in Friday morning as soon as they opened with my cat who was in terrible shape and I was a mess. They took him back and decided to treat him for us immediately. They are beyond friendly here and beyond understanding of financial situations and they worked with us the best they could to ensure my sweet boy got treatment. It is now Monday, and after back to back appointments each day my sweet boy is feeling much better because they saved his life. Beyond grateful for this staff, I couldn't recommend a better place to take your fur babies 🫶🏻

The staff and doc were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were super helpful, explained everything clearly and even went over pricing beforehand to make sure I was okay with everything! This morning they reached out and asked how my dog was doing. Would highly recommend PetVet365! The interior felt very clean and safe and my dog was the most relaxed he’s been at a vet. Thank you!!!

- LCLauren CampbellMay 9, 20261.0We signed up for the wellness plan for our puppy ($149 monthly). Every visit has been at least $200 on top of that. They throw 5 solutions at one problem to see what sticks but then you don’t know what stuck because there were 5 changes! They charged $237 for an allergy shot that other vets charge $137 for (I called a new vet and asked). I wanted to cancel my plan and we owe $425 for “services rendered” on top of the $149/mo and $200+ each visit. They’re greedy and don’t seem to understand how to diagnose a problem.
