  The staff is always very freindly,helpful and suggested i get my dog food on auto delivery which saves money and me driving to pick up. Always informative on brands, ingredients. Awsome customer servuce.

  This place and vetco are one of the most deceptive companies I have ever dealt with. Stay clear of vetco because they fill out prescription for your pets with the wrong doses not caring if they kill your pet trying to get that prescription fix and updated has been a 5day experience and on going because I'm still waiting the refuse to allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor I have been waiting 5days for a call back so I call every day I'm currently on a call with them still trying to speak to someone they also have a 190 dollars of my money tied up in a pending status yet can't fix the prescription. My point is if you don't want to deal with a nightmare like this and you don't believe me take a look at vetco reviews and petco before hand on the BBB site first. I didn't do this because I was desperately seeking treatment for fleas and jumped to quickly I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYMORE PEOPLE THAN IT ALREADY HAS. IF YOU HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE LICENSED VETERINARIAN BOARD AS I HAVE DONE. Don't leave till they have uploaded you pets prescription and it's correct because if you are a first time customer the will do you really bad

  This was my first visit to this location. Still trying to figure out the kibble issue. DJ was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had plenty of questions and she had all the answers. I’ll certainly be back!!

  Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I came in with my receipt and the PowerSun 100W I wanted to return, but I no longer had the original packaging. Both employees working at the counter were already aware of my situation, yet I was still made to wait for a manager and go back and forth over whether the box was required. I even contacted Petco Customer Service myself while dealing with the situation. Customer Service specifically told me that there was nothing in the return policy stating that the item had to be in its original packaging. Despite that, I was still refused and told I needed to wait for a manager. What bothered me most was that the employees already knew what was going on, but instead of helping resolve the situation, I felt like I was left standing there having to argue my case when I was simply repeating what I had been told by Petco Customer Service. I’ve been a regular Petco customer, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that stores have policies and procedures, but the way this situation was handled and the amount of time I was made to waste over a box was unacceptable.
