- AAAndreaMay 21, 20261.0I scheduled appointments for two puppies to be fully cut, packed them up in my car, brought along my proof of rabies vaccinations, only to be told that they cannot have full cuts because they are puppies who have never been cut and a full cut can traumatize them. This is ridiculous. They could have told me that when I scheduled. Instead, I took my pups for a car ride which they hate, and one of them threw up the second I got home. How is that for traumatizing? I won't soon forget this. I have requested they cancel my account.

First glance is horrible the entry way is so dirty, 2nd the can food we needed was expired by months (we took a can up to the clerk to show her, she said she would let the mgr. know) We asked about grooming and was told I could find that info online. She was very nice and wasn't being rude, but kind of just there and couldn't wait to leave
