  My daughter went to ask someone to help us in the fish department apparently the lady had an attitude with my child before she made her way over to the fish department, snapping asking how old my child was before she came over to where I was. Once she came over to the fish she clearly still had an attitude she was mad she was asked to do anything. She refused to sell us one gold fish , (a feeder fish). They surly didn’t interrogate me the other day when I bought the stuff to set up the aquarium , but refused to sell one feeder fish claiming they have to be in a 20 gallon tank PER gold fish. Meanwhile they had dozens of gold fish in a small aquarium with dead fish. At least get the sick and dead fish out of the aquarium before you refuse to sell someone a fish that clearly you’re not taking care of. Apparently we are not responsible or smart enough to sell a FEEDER fish to. Apparently I am not the only person they have done this to in the past week.

  Very much unimpressed with the service I didn’t receive my daughter’s fish died so I went to replace them before she woke up. When I went there I kept calling for help and nobody came until I walk to the front asking for help and the guy fast someone Is in the area I was in but wasn’t. Fwd: I tell him the fish I want he said I can’t have them unless I’m using it to feed my other fish or if my tank is 100 gallons I told him I had these same fish and was never told I needed a certain tank needless say he refused to give the fish. If he concern for the fish at my home he should have worried about how dirty the fish tank they have in their location and the fact they had dead fish in their tanks. The whole place stank.! Dirty floors
