I drove nearly an hour in traffic from Hamilton, only to be charged for an exam without letting me know there was going to be an issue beforehand. Apparently, my mom previously had my dog under her wellness plan, and there was an unpaid balance tied to that account. No one explained this to me before the visit or at check-in. Because of this, I was told my dog is now unable to enroll in a wellness plan under my name. This is something that should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially before charging me for services. Had I known about this situation, I would have stayed with my previous veterinary provider instead of wasting my time, gas, and money.. I’d advise to not come here.
