On Monday I brought my sick pet in for a regular visit and a urinary test. Once they told me the price I stated I could not pay until Friday. The tech set my appointment for 8:45am on Friday. When I arrived, Banfield hospital was closed!!! Why would you schedule me to bring my sick dog in if you know you’re closed. Even if you forgot , and realized later why wouldn’t you give me a call to reschedule. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’m not sure if this location is closed every Friday or just this Friday but if closed every Friday this is something that needs to be updated on Google and disclosed with pet owners upon arrival!!!!

Took my 13yr old chytzu mix in for checkup for coughing & gagging.. was told she was having typical age related heart issues. They charged over $500. I paid $150 that day. Told them I could pay another $100 @ 1st of month .. they agreed . I called to get blood results and the Main Vet there told me unless I paid the rest she couldn't & didn't give me my dogs results.. I won't be returning... Ive gone to Jaxx vet previously and much better service & not so expensive. Only went to Banfield because I had my pet next door for grooming. Not a fan of Banfield

I specifically scheduled In room appointments for my two dogs. I waited two weeks to get in three days before the appointment. I get a voicemail asking me to drop off my two dogs at 7 AM. I called and told them that that is not feasible that I would be at work and that my dog has anxiety and if I would drop him off and leave him with complete strangers, it would cause diarrhea the day of the appointment. I get another call saying to drop my Dogs off at 3 o’clock, which is their appointment time and that I could pick them up around 5:36 PM and I told the receptionist again that my dog has anxiety and I can’t do that. This is why I scheduled in room appointments. She said that the vet had scheduled a meeting with the other vets during my appointment time. She will ask the vet what we can do I offered to come up there and walk around PetSmart until they can be seen so she placed me on a hold. She came back to the phone and said that they could see one of my dogs, but not both of them. I again explained to her that I scheduled in room appointments because of the anxiety that I’m refusing to drop my dogs off. She then offered to reschedule because they didn’t want me to have to walk around the store until they seen the dogs. I again told her that I didn’t mind that I had to pick stuff up anyway she then again said that they could see one of them, but not both of them at that point I told her to take me completely off of the schedule that I would find another vet such poor customer service. They obviously didn’t care why I scheduled in room appointments. Why have the option if you can’t abide by the option. I felt it was so shady to try to pressure the subject when i stated what my dog needed.
