- AEAnita Eulenburg1 day ago1.0I signed up for the healthcare program plan for my new kitten. Had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Recieved an email reminder the day before. Arrived 15 minutes early. The entire location was closed with no representation available. They clearly knew they would be closed as they had it written on their board at the desk (see photos attached). Monday afternoon still no one has called me despite completing the online "contact us". When I finally called the location today, I was given an appointment in 20 days. No priority for their inconvenience. The staff member didnt really seem to care even though she was aware no one was working saturday and had scheduled appointments. I definitely am concerned about the care they give if they cant even keep appointments. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
- HDHolly DAug 23, 20261.0We took our dog there a few weeks ago to get a rabies booster, anal glad expression and nail trim. They didnt cut all of her nails, and the ones they did "cut", they barely took any off. They charged us $25 dollars to do it. They didn't do her anal glands. The smell makes that obvious. We were there over 2 hours and saw the vet like 5 minutes because he was in surgery. No one let us know gecwas running behind or we could have rescheduled. Ridiculous. Oh, and we had to go back because they forgot to give us her rabies tag.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
