  We visited Chillicothe Petco last week because we were having problems with Koi in our outdoor pond. The sales associate, Baylee Hall waited on us. She was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions we had concerning our fish. My husband and I were both very impressed with this and she helped us with a great deal with our problem. Our fish are all doing well after her suggested treatment. Thanks again Baylee for all your help. You have and excellent employee Petco. Sincerely, Wayne and Dianna Skaggs

  I took my 8 month old yorkie to be groomed today they didn't have the guard on and cut my baby leg they took her to vet to be checked out now she is on antibiotics for 10 days

  The employees here are generally not friendly or courteous to outright rude to the customers. You can tell that the employees only want to talk to each other, or a friend of theirs that's in the store. They treat all of the other customers like your inconveniencing them to do their jobs. Products are usually not stocked. I end up shopping off of the stock racks that are left in the aisles. I've stopped purchasing items from this location. I spend too much on pet products to tolerate bad customer service.
