  Four star review because the girl who answered the phone was RUDEEEEE!!! wish I would’ve gotten her name, anyway an employee last night told me she “didn’t know” where all the feeder mice went. I called, she was dishonest and said they were all in a freezer, then told me they left the door open and they all thawed out….great honesty and customer service!

  When I visited this location, there was an animal on its side clutching its chest with labored breathing. Of course, I figured this meant it was ill as it had not moved in several minutes and its eyes were half-open. I requested that an associate make sure it wasn’t ill or injured. However, when said associate followed me back (even though she was very clearly not happy to do so and was quick to make it obvious by the look on her face alone…) to check on the animal, she instead made me out to be an idiot in front of other people in that section. She claimed that it was asleep, although it had its eyes open, and said, “you know this animal sleeps, right?”. All in all, I will never be returning to this location. The last thing an associate should do is make a potential customer out to be an idiot, especially when they’re concerned about an animal’s well-being. This is not the first time I’ve visited and had to deal with an exceptionally rude or dismissive staff member. I understand that having a job nowadays can be very stressful, but you can certainly pick and choose what you say to people, and it seems that most of the employees here haven’t been trained to filter their inside thoughts.

  Horrible costumer service. Me and my partner has been shopping around for a ball python we went in there a few weeks ago and the man there was really helpful...... so today we decided to go back in and pick out one as we just got our habitat all set up well today's visit was horrible the lady was really rude and didn't want to show us the snakes they where in there hides and couldn't really see them well she didn't even want to move the hides to even see them unless we where going to fill out the paperwork to take it home. I'm not going to buy something if I can't even see it let alone know how healthy it is. The lady was really rude and smarted off to us before walking off never had an experience like that. So we ended up going to petland who had great service and left with our two new editions a banana pie and our fancy ball

  Bought a bearded on a saturday and it died the next day. About 30hrs after having it. Took it back to the store and was told it was my fault that the dragon died, then was yelled at by the associate and was told, "i rung you out yesterday" and when I told her, twice, no you didn't, I was yelled at more. Then when I left, I got yelled at again about slamming the door, which I did not do. Horrible customer service and I was so upset the rest of the night! Will not go back.
