- LBLisa BApr 13, 20263.0I wasn’t greeted. They failed to text me after two hours (said it would be 1- 1&1/2 hours ) I showed up and asked if he was done (he was) and she said just a minute… sent me the text and went back to get my dog. Customer service was zero. I won’t be back.
- RRrose rhoadsApr 13, 20263.0Hair cut was good but 4 hours was a bit long for the appointment. Also, 3.5 hours into his appointment I got a text says my appointment was cancelled. Then after I got an automated text booking an appointment in May.
- MAMary El AnaniMar 22, 20264.0They did a fantastic job! Only reason i didn't do 5 stars is because when I booked online the total said it'd be $120 for 2 dogs. And it ended up being $150 which Im confused about. But they did a great job !
