  First time going to Petco for grooming and was impressed. Will is awesome!! My German Shepherd was finished grooming, had an accident in his cage and they rewashed him so he was nice and fresh when I picked him up. Very grateful for the exceptional service!

  Do not take your dog here for grooming. I dropped my dog off he was perfectly fine they text me saying he would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there my dog looks like he was drugged and I was advised to take him to the ER. After a $1500 vet bill they couldn’t find anything wrong. The next day he slept off whatever was given to him and slowly started to return to normal.

  Will was great w Sophie I've been to another Petco and did not have a good experience so it was very nice to have this experience for Sophie and that she was treated so well

  I brought my older dog in to be groomed . She is going blind and trouble hearing. She doesn’t “bite” but she uses her mouth to feel . I let them know this ahead of time and was told the groomers been doing this 20 yrs she will understand handling older dogs. My bf brought her in, and I picked her up. 2 hrs 15 mins later they had not even started when I got there . She said she would be done in 30 mins. I said ok, no biggie . Come back, and pay $75 plus tax for a 28 lbs dog. Her ears were not cleaned out. I brought her back and said can you clean out her ears that’s part of the grooming? She responded saying that she will try. She didn’t remove much. Then proceed to say said she got as much as she could but she is wiggly. I got home. And realized she was covered in dander , and that age was not bathed!! You kidding?! In addition, her nails had not been trimmed . On top of the fact that I had to bring back to have them clean her ears after discharging her. I was thoroughly disappointed . We also had been taking our bullmastiff for nail trims , which we won’t be doing anymore . We did it mostly for socializing, but they don’t usually trim much but I continued anyways . This time with our schnauzer , I paid for a hair cut, ears, nails, glands, and wash. Added on a banana . Only 1/5 were done. And she didn’t even say hey we weren’t able to get to this or that, no offer to discount what they charged and ended up not providing the service . I also called and reported it to a CSR who I spoke with and they said someone would contact me the next 24 hrs via email. No email a week later . Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted . I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I ended up trimming my dogs nails and giving her a bath two days later after paying Petco to do this . How is this ok? Side note, I paid for a bandana and she was literally tripping on it when we walked out they left it so loose on her neck. Pics you can see the nails not trimmed , dander all over from not being bathed, the loose bandana that when she peed she tripped on. I will add in the past, although the nails trims have not been the best they were always friendly and our bullmastiff loved them. Sad that it turned out this way.
