I've got nothing against Petco, honestly... But they reorganized their whole store and the new system is actually counterintuitive.... But hey if there's a specific unheard-of brand of dog or cat food you usually get don't worry cause the brand logos are the major descriptors on the aisle markers now. Super not helpful,! Outside of that? Petco offers a large array of brands, and if you have a special needs pet chances are likely you'll find what you need. They also offer pet grooming, days with vets present (vetco, haha clever), and training courses!

Dani was awesome! My Fiance and I came in less than an hour before they closed and she helped us with all of our fish questions and you could tell she knew her stuff! She gave us some great recommendations and didn’t make us feel any kind of way for being oblivious beginners to fish. The sweetest!!! Would absolutely recommend!

Alisha seems to seek perfection in her job she’s a role model of what customer service should be and she treated me like a family member.I think at the least she should receive some type of kudos or and incentive she would prefer currency she is the prototype of customer service. She’s and asset to the company and I think she should get a promotion teaching customer service
