  All staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have tried other pet stores, but do not experience the level of service provided at Petco in Avon Lake. Since their remodeling there is an even better selection of products.

  I was very disappointed when I came into the store today to purchase some fish. I have been buying fish from this store for a few years now and I have never had an issue buying fish let alone being refused the fish that I wanted. Until today. I also have never been grilled about how I take care of my fish. There's no need for that. I have several tanks that I have had for years now. I don't need a lesson on how to keep fish. If I was new to fish keeping then I could understand. I was very upset when I left the store. I did get some fish just not the one's that I really wanted. I hope that I don't run into this issue the next time I am in or I will take my business somewhere else.

  Nathan was extremely helpful with information on the spiders. He very friendly and if I ever had questions about other pets, I would trust he would have accurate information!

  Very disappointed that you no longer carry our brand of litter nor the #40 bag of feline pine. That is not improvement for us. We are going elsewhere to get our needs met. Deborah H.

  The young lady manager has a horrible attitude towards people of color she treated me so shady but then I watched some young white guys come in and she treated them with smiles and positivity. I didn’t disrespect this young lady in no way even when she treated me funny. I never was rude towards her or anything I simply asked about buying some feeders at a discount that they had taken off the shelves and she acted as if I was the worse person in the world for that. Like i was trying to get over or something. She had an attitude with me and a friend another time we came in so I don’t go to this store anymore
