  I know fish in pet stores frequently die- but they literally had fish dead in every fresh water tnk except the koi tank tank and one of the fish was swimming in a tight spiral pattern clearly suffering. I had my 7 year old with me and she had to see all the dead animals and the dying fish. She was broken hearted. It was a horrible experience.

  I bought two goldfish for my daughter and they died the same night. Went back to the store the next day and the store employee, Justin was extremely nice and explained that I needed to treat my water and wait at least 72 hours and then return with a picture of the dead fish and they would be replaced no problem. I returned 5 days later with my daughter who was excited to get her new fish so we can try again and the employee there last night was extremely rude and refused to replace our fish for free so I bought my daughter two more fish because that's what she was promised. After last night's experience, we will shop somewhere else as your employee suggested. Very rude.

  Dead fish in tanks don't sell well. I have never seen so many freshwater fish dead in a store! The plant selection not bad but in such a disarray it felt like knowone cares there. Such a disappointment. At least there are three or more places within 20 minutes that carry live fish! I won't be back to this store ever!

  The Petco in Amelia, Ohio, is top-notch. They are super friendly. They have the dog food that my dog's. Like the other store doesn't carry it. They helped me set up my app. They show me how the rewards work. I save money every time I go in there The manager there, I don't know her name but she goes over and above to help you with everything. It was one of the most revolting experiences if you're looking for a good experience With your pet shopping needs this is number one in my book
